We believe that most clients want a clear fee structure.
Basic fee
Our basic daily
charge (from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008) is
Euro 1500 per day
for office-based work.
To this we add Euro
200 per day when travelling on behalf of our client.
In addition the
client will pay all agreed travelling expenses.
(if annual
inflation exceeds 7.5% in 2008 the fee may be subject to
revision)

Fixed price offers
Where your budget
demands a fixed price deal to accommodate fees and travel expenditure
we can put
together a fixed
price package that will be all you pay. Such a deal implies that any
extra work-load or travel
must be separately
negotiated.
For our established
clients
For a second or
subsequent contract with us it is natural that we offer you a
preferential fee structure.
Added value deals - shared
risk - we can negotiate
When we negotiate
deals in which we share an element of risk with our client we will
expect some bonus scheme.
This might range from
a percentage value of a deal, to shares or stock options in addition
to cash payment.
Payment terms
These depend on the
nature of the deal.For a 20 day
undertaking we would typically say 1/3 on signing a contract,
1/3 on
some suitable half-way milestone and 1/3 on
satisfactory conclusion of the project. For a quick assignment
(say 1-5 days work) we would be happy to
accept payment on completion of work. For a long-term project a
suitable
payment scheme (milestone-led
or monthly in advance) can be devised. We expect payment
within 30 days of
submitting an invoice.
